Does Lady Era really work or is the marketing doing most of the work?

I want honest opinions about Lady Era, because almost everything I find online sounds suspiciously polished. Does Lady Era really work, or are people reacting more to bold promises than to solid medical evidence? I am not looking for fantasy advertising or “miracle pill” language. I want a real discussion about what it is supposed to do, who talks about it, and whether the claims hold up under scrutiny. iMedix usually takes a stricter view on these kinds of products, especially when branding outruns evidence, and I think that is the right approach. If people have experience or informed concerns, I would rather hear those than more recycled promotional text.
